By January 2022, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the world had exceeded 300 million, and there were also reports of local COVID-19 cases in many places in China.At present, nucleic acid detection has become a high-frequency word, deeply rooted in the hearts of people.A nucleic acid test report is not only reassuring, but also an important means for the prevention and control of the epidemic on a regular basis, which is conducive to the implementation of the prevention and control measures of “early prevention, early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment”.So, what situations call for active nucleic acid testing?What are the circumstances in which nucleic acid testing is not immediately appropriate?The experts of Hunan disease control and Prevention gave the following reminder: “Ten suggestions” : people who need to take the nucleic acid test voluntarily under the following ten circumstances and have a history of traveling abroad, Hong Kong and Taiwan within 128 days;2. People with travel history in medium and high risk areas, sealed and controlled areas or controlled areas within the last 14 days;3. Those who have the same travel schedule as the reported infected persons in China or have overlapping time and space;4. Persons with abnormal health code (red code or yellow code) and travel code marked with “*”;5 For those with travel history in provinces where local cases have been reported in the last 14 days;Persons who entered Hunan from other provinces before March 15, 2022;7. High school personnel in risky occupations;8. Those who have fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste) and other suspicious symptoms during self-health monitoring of themselves or their family members recently;9 Patients in fever clinics of medical institutions and newly admitted patients;Personnel who have recently held or participated in a large number of dinners, parties, conferences, training and other large gathering activities.At present, there are no absolute contraindications for nucleic acid test, but the accuracy of the test may be affected by the following circumstances. It is recommended to choose an appropriate time for nucleic acid test.The following eight conditions are not suitable for nucleic acid testing: 1. Recipients and accompanying persons who have left the COVID-19 vaccination site within 48 hours;2. Workers who have left the vaccine production site within 48 hours;3. Smoking, drinking, chewing gum, etc., 30 minutes before the sampling;4. People who had too much food within 2 hours before sampling;5. Personnel taking antiviral and anti-infective drugs orally before nucleic acid test;6 for people with diseases of the mouth, nose and pharynx, such as bleeding, edema, etc.;7.
