A case involving Xie Min, former deputy general manager, chief accountant and financial officer of Yunnan Yunwei Group Co LTD, suspected of taking bribes and abusing power by state-owned company personnel has been concluded by Dali Supervision Commission and transferred to the procurator for investigation and prosecution.The people’s Procuratorate of Dali Prefecture shall initiate a public prosecution to the Intermediate People’s Court of Dali Prefecture in accordance with the law.During the examination and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organ informed the defendant of xie Min’s litigation rights according to law, interrogated the defendant according to law and listened to the opinions of the defender.The Dali People’s Procuratorate charges: The defendant Xie Min took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others and illegally accepted bribes of a huge amount while serving as the director of asset Finance Department, deputy general manager and financial officer of Yunnan Dawei Coking Co., LTD.When serving as deputy general manager, chief accountant and chief financial officer of Yunnan Yunwei Group Co., LTD., he violated relevant regulations and exercised his power beyond his duty and authority, resulting in a particularly heavy loss of national interests. He shall be investigated for criminal responsibility for taking bribes and abusing power of personnel of state-owned company according to law.
